We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition

  • Unused and free from damage

  • Returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

2. Return Process

⚠️ Important:
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Quality Issues (damaged, defective, incorrect item):
    Weinbliss will cover return shipping costs.

  • Customer Preference (change of mind, no longer needed):
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will review and provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval status

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Processing Time:

  • Internal processing: up to 10 business days

  • Bank processing: additional 3–5 business days


8. Purchases from Other Retailers

For Weinbliss products purchased through other authorized retailers, please contact the original retailer directly for returns or exchanges.
